FireCare Property Remediation Associate

Join FireCare and become a Property Remediation Associate. You will learn how to follow FireSmart BC procedures to help people, homes and property in your neighbourhood and town safer from wildfire. Tasks are entirely performed outdoors and include raking, cutting, chopping, chipping, and disposal of gathered materials. Ongoing work will eventually lead to chain saw and other small motorized equipment training and operation. Paths for advancement include becoming a team supervisor and building your own contracting business.

We are looking for people who will be able join our team for anywhere between 1 day a month up to full time.

Compensation: $20 – $35 depending on experience and time with FireCare
